Developed and constructed Prairie Park (FL) and Mason City (Iowa) solar projects. Began overseas development and acquired contracts for solar projects in Honduras. Relocated headquarters to Orlando, Fl.

Acquired 80% of Gainesville Regional Utilities Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) contracts.

Established equity partnership model for solar project development.
